A DA will generally require (in addition to the Statement of Environmental Effects and Architectural Drawing Set) a DA document package which are the accompanying documents including (but not limited to):
 
- Waste Management Plan
- Cost Summary Report
- Owner Consent Form
- Fire Safety Statement (commercial)
- Plan of Management (commercial)
