Building Information Certificate (BIC)

A Building Information Certificate (BIC) is a not an approval, it is the formalisation of works completed without the necessary approvals in place.

It is a mandatory document (that is to be referenced within a Statement of Environmental Effects) to form the basis of a Development Application for a project within a heritage/conservation area.
It will include:

> Identification: is the property is a heritage listed item or in a conservation area?
